You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning only.

7. Communication

Forums and message communication are not moderated. You are responsible for your conduct and messages.

8. Assignments and Evaluations

Assignments must be original work. Plagiarized or AI-generated submissions will not be evaluated.

Courses are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee employment. Aptara is not liable for any misuse or damages arising from Platform use.

10. Payment and Refunds

• Access is granted only upon successful payment.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; Aptara is not responsible for their functionality.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction outlined below.

APTARA MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES about the Platform or its content, including third-party materials. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

APTARA WILL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

In any case, total liability shall not exceed $100. Certain jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions.
